What is it?

Reflexology, an integrative health practice, maps a reflection of the body predominately on the feet, hands and outer ears. It uses unique manual techniques to deliver pressure to neural pathways assisting the body to function optimally.

Reflexology is world known for helping with the following conditions:

  • Digestive Conditions

  • Stress & Anxiety Reduction

  • Improves Circulation

  • Pain Relief

  • Chronic Fatigue

  • Allergies & Sinusitis

  • Breathing

  • Respiratory Conditions

  • Boosts Immune System

  • Migraines

How does it work?

Reflexologists use specific “finger walk” techniques to apply moderate pressure on reflex points that connect directly with organs and glands via the nervous system bringing comfort and relaxation to the person receiving the session. Reflexology is a non-invasive and completely natural and gentle therapy that affords pain relief without the use of drugs, encouraging the body to work naturally to restore its own calmness and healthy balance.

“The hand expresses what the heart already knows."

  Samuel Mockbee

"Every part of you has a secret language.

Your hands and feet say what you’ve done."

What is it?

The Japanese word Reiki is made of two syllables: “REI” which refers to the higher power and wisdom, and “KI” which means life force energy. Reiki is a natural healing technique originated in Japan, in which, universal energy flows through the hands of the giver to the receiver. Reiki will reach places where the energy is needed, healing the physical, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual body. We are given a certain amount of universal energy when we are born. If one's “life force energy” is low, we are more likely to get sick or feel stress. If the energy is well balanced, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

What does it feel like?

A session feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you, providing relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.
